I can’t write. I’ve crashed, but I just wanted to send you this link to Simon, Sophie and Marcus’s brilliant Reveal Hull tour. I thought you’d love it too. I never knew its music and creative history. It’s fascinating.
I also never knew Roland Gift was born in Sparkhill, Birmingham, same as me. I grew up opposite Sparkhill Park. I just remembered, I had The Raw and The Cooked album on cassette. Here’s Good Thing from it. The piano’s great. Reminds me of Jools on The The’s Uncertain Smile.
