Good morning my most beautiful and precious starshine {} xxx
It’s 11:11 xx Today’s a day filled with celestial magic and wonder, isn’t it?! It’s so exciting!! Your gorgeous heart must be jumping for joy as well. Did you see the six planets align this morning? I did think of you. If you are away, then you must’ve had the most spectacular view. I’m so happy for you!! I was fast asleep.
Do you have a pair of solar eclipse glasses for this evening? I hope so. I imagine you do. I sadly couldn’t get any to arrive in time, so I will use the pinhole camera and watch the live broadcast online. Please enjoy the full splendour of the solar eclipse and the Perseid meteor shower for me too, my lovely {} xxx

It’s 19:46. How are you feeling after the eclipse? I imagine you’re feeling over the moon like I am. I just watched Spain’s total eclipse. Absolutely spectacular, wasn’t it?!! It did take my breath away. I felt emotional watching it on the screen, so I can’t imagine how it must’ve felt seeing it in the flesh. It’s like being transported to another planet. Wow!!
The whole experience was amazing, wasn’t it?! The gradual darkening of the sky and the silence that followed, apart from the odd car or two. It felt like the whole world stood still in that moment, enveloped in awe at the wonder.
It was also lovely hearing my neighbours in their gardens, and knowing that we’re all experiencing it together. I didn’t feel so isolated in here. It was beautiful knowing that I was sharing the magic with you {} xxx Gosh, I really do miss you. I’ve started crying.
I wish I could ask you how it made you feel, and how you experienced it xx
I feel as if I’ve run for miles. I was upright for about an hour and a half, which as you know is a long time. I feel sick and my energy’s completely gone, but I couldn’t stop myself from writing to you.
I saw everything from my adapted kitchen window, with the help of my pinhole projector cereal box. I just needed to replace the aluminium foil.
I sadly don’t have the energy to share the photos with you, right now. It’ll take me time sort them, but I want to send you the first photo I took through the pinhole. It took me by surprise.
