Butterfly and Moustaches in Shades of Grey…

Hello my most beautiful and precious starshine,
How are you? I hope you’re keeping really well my lovely, and you’re enjoying the most fabulous and relaxing day {} xxx We have been spoilt with the sunshine, haven’t we?! It’s very grey today, and there haven’t been many shades of it.
I found Columbo on channel 5’s website!! There’s an episode called Butterfly in Shades of Grey! It did make me smile. They’re all at it, aren’t they?! Saying that, I’ve never read the book or watched the movie. I don’t intend to. I’m just going by what was said about it.
Back to Columbo. It’s the episode with William Shatner, who plays a very controlling father with a very changeable moustache. His moustache had many shades of grey, which would go from dark to light in a switch of a scene. Its thickness changed as well. Have you seen this episode? I think his moustache stole the show. It is funny
Sparks’ Moustache comes to mind. I remember sending it to you xx I also remembered the French film La Moustache, where Vincent Lindon shaved his very distinguishable moustache. No one noticed the change, and couldn’t remember him ever having one. It’s a really good physiological film. I remember telling you about it after I watched it.
William could’ve gone without the moustache because it was barely visible in some scenes. No one would’ve noticed.
Echo and the Bunymen have released another new song, The Light That Surrounds You. It’s great and the lyrics are lovely. I hope you enjoy it too my dazzling starshine xx They release their new album, Apples for Isaac, on September 18th, so not long to wait. It is exciting! What’s happened to some people? It’s like common decency has completely gone. What happened to Jason Arday leading to his suicide is absolutely horrendous. Poor man and poor family. There’s no accountability from the mass media, is there?
I’ve been so shocked and disgusted by a lot of the comments, especially from prominent figures, after his tragic death. No empathy or compassion. The world does feel unrecognisable from this room.
How is it really? I only get a toxic account so it’s probably not accurate. I imagine it’s not that bad. I wish I could speak with you.
I am keeping my time on twitter to a minimum, and it helps. I hardly get any fun stuff anymore.
