I’m so sorry I can’t write. I’m crashing badly. I just read that Dolly Parton has died. I feel so sad and upset. She was such a remarkable, compassionate, joyful and inspiring woman, with a special soul. It feels like a bright light’s gone out, and the world’s much darker for it. I wish I could speak with you. A few days ago, I heard Clair de lune played on the violin for the very first time. It’s breathtakingly beautiful. The violin weeps in David Oistrakh’s hands, in the same way Lucille weeps in B.B King’s hands. I hope you fall in love with it as well my lovely {} xxx
