It’s 09:28. Not long to go now!! I’m keeping everything crossed today will be a full chill, relax and fun day for you. I hope there’s no cooking. Your scrumptious take away is itching to join you, as well as medicine of course!!

Have you ever tried weed? If you did, how did you feel? I only had a few puffs. My experience wasn’t a good one. Unlike morphine, which will always be my love drug, weed made me feel very depressed. Probably a good thing because it kept me away from it. I tried it once in my early twenties.
Speaking of red wine, the remaining Saint-Èmilion tasted amazing with sea bass, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and roast potatoes!! I feel my taste buds are returning. I’m finding that I want to try new things as well. Like I did before Long COVID. This is a good sign, despite being in a constant crash state.
Since neither of us have the energy to cook, my body’s really missing the olive oil. It’s a few years now. I got Cirio’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil Classico to mix with the salads. I never use the dressings in the premade salads, because they always give me indigestion.
Have you tried Cirio’s Classico? It’s so delicious. Very light, slightly peppery with a hint of sweetness. Yummy!! I also got TruffleHunter’s White Truffle Balsamic Vinegar. It’s very rich in flavour. The truffles explode in my mouth. I love it!!
I imagine you must be thoroughly enjoying experimenting, and creating heavenly magic in your beautiful kitchen. You really are brilliant and a superb master chef. Everything you cook looks amazing {} xxx
I imagine you thoroughly enjoyed chilling with the music last night. I hope you especially loved St. Patrick’s Day at the BBC, and Van if you stayed up for him. If not, I imagine you recorded it, and you’ll be enjoying Van very soon. Wonderful!!

I have my dental appointment on Tuesday. I almost forgot. It’s for the replacement night guard. I’m struggling badly at the moment, so I’m not sure how I’ll be.
It’s 10:10. I hope you’re slowly waking up. I imagine it’s likely you will need to get things done before 14:10. I’m keeping every single thing crossed for Ireland. I imagine this is going to be one hell of a game with Scotland xx
I’m struggling badly emotionally as well. Regarding my past, I seem to be dissecting everything, including myself, my behaviours and where they originate from. I’m feeling the pain of this as well, because a lot of it wasn’t out of choice. It was for survival. It thankfully comes in bursts, but it’s draining nonetheless.
I really do need to rest and recharge over the next three days. I’m thankful I can watch things to switch off. I’ll happily head to Saint Marie today, whilst you’re in Dublin {} xxx

That was quite a game wasn’t it?!! I only dipped in with the commentary. It felt like cat and mouse, but then with Ireland pulling away quite significantly. At 43 – 31, what a score.

I had some rosemary focaccia with hummus. It was yummy. Tum is jumping for joy.
Liron’s making the first test for my cleansing milk. She sent me this video. It looks like a lab. The ticking noise is the magnetic stirrers.
The first beaker has water (water phase), the second (oil phase) has sunflower oil and Montanov™ 68, which is a vegetable derived emulsifier consisting of Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetearyl Glucoside. Both phases need to be at the same temperature of 75⁰C before they can be mixed together.
When the water and oil mixture cools to 40⁰C, a mixture of glycerin, Geogard Ultra (natural preservative), xanthan gum and citric acid can be added to it.
Once we get this formula to work (fingers crossed), we’ll be able to add other ingredients if needed.

Oh no!!! 48-46. That was so close for England and Ireland. Again, I know you’re not going to be too disappointed. You would’ve loved the exciting rollercoaster of a ride. What a fantastic way to end the championship. Yes, is it sensational.

It’s 22:22. With the dental appointment on Tuesday, and therapy two days after, I sadly need to be quiet for a little while. I really do need to rest properly.
I asked Liron if there was something wrong with me, for looking at the rugby commentary because of you. I feel so much joy and excitement for you, and I get pulled into as well (I will watch it at some point). It’s automatic. The way I think of you is automatic. It’s ingrained, along with my love and care for you.
Liron said there’s nothing wrong with how I am, and that it’s because I care about you. She said it also helps me feel connected to you. She’s right. It’s the same when I see the moon or when the sun comes out. It’s the same whenever anything reminds me of you. I feel connected to you in those precious moments {} xxx
