How are you my lovely? I hope you’re keeping really well, especially with the hay fever. I really hope so {} xxx I also hope you’ve had a wonderful start to the week, and everything’s going smoothly. There must lots of brilliant and exciting things happening.

I am running on adrenaline, oxygen and L-arginine. I’m so thankful to have them, along with the ArcForHealth machine and Garmin. I’ve been so lucky with those. They have prevented me from deteriorating.
There was a brilliant appeal for Action for ME, on the BBC yesterday afternoon. It’s the first time ME/CFS has been given such a platform. It’s the perfect way to raise awareness. They showed what it’s like for three people who are severe, which is much needed. It’s on iPlayer for a month. There’s a great summary on the page as well.
I have accepted that this could be it for me, but something is healing. My toes have been completely bald since Long COVID, but now there are a few tiny hairs growing on them. My circulation has improved greatly thanks to L-arginine.
My skin’s got its sheen back as well. I thought it’d gone for good. It’s especially noticeable on my legs, which were the worst affected. My feet no longer burn at night, and the blisters/chillblains on my toes have fully healed. They were so painful.
Seeing that one tweet about L-arginine really feels like a miracle. It was perfectly timed and desperately needed. It’s never come up since. Magic!!
Speaking of magic, I’ve just started watching David Attenborough’s Secret Garden. Are you watching it? If you are, I hope you’re thoroughly enjoying it {} xx
I’ve fallen in love with the sweet vole, who outmanoeuvred the dangerous lawnmower, and protected her babies from the large grass snake. Dorris the mallard duck and her babies are also adorable and very resilient as well. They’re all amazing aren’t they?!!
Your magical garden must be bustling when it’s quiet and dark as well. How wonderful!! I haven’t seen foxy for a long time, but I sometimes hear them at night time. Squirrels are happily squirrelling away. Two pigeons, and two magpies, were having deep conversations, and a blue tit flew right up to my window today.
I’m starting to feel fluey now, so it’s time to stop. I didn’t think I’d be able to write to you at all this week, but Happy Mondays made it impossible for me to resist.
I almost forgot, the ballot papers arrived. It’s so exciting seeing Liron’s name!!
I know it’s extremely unlikely for the Greens to win here, but she really would make a brilliant councillor. I really wish her health and energy improves.

Venus will be shining brightly along with Capella. I spotted enigmatic moon from my room last night. I was in awe. They looked quite ghostly. It was 22:00 and I said hello to you {} xxx

It’s 22:02. I hope you’re thoroughly enjoying saying hello to Moon, and Venus and Capella on the opposite side. They’re all bright and very beautiful. The clouds were so thick about half an hour ago. I didn’t expect them to clear. They just wanted to say Nnight to us. Magic!!
