How are you my lovely? How is your week going? It’s 19:19. You must be happily home. I hope you and all your loved ones are keeping really well. I hope everything is okay and you’re having a good week. I really hope there’s no late night. Just two more days {} xxx
I hope it doesn’t take too long to do what you need to. Then you and your sweet tum can thoroughly enjoy your scrumptious meal, and sit back, relax, and happily chill with lots of rest xx
I was shocked to discover that the Moody Blues were from Brum. I know, where have I been?! There are so many amazing musicians from here, aren’t there?! I’ve always loved Night’s in White Satin since I was a teen. I hope you enjoy revisiting it my lovely {} xx
I automatically thought of you when I heard Johnny Marr’s How To Play – Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others. I felt I was hearing you play {} xxx
I also discovered Found by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. It’s such a beautiful poem. I hope you enjoy it as well my beautiful sweetheart xx
Have you seen It Should Happen to You, with Judy Holliday and Jack Lemmon? I just watched it. I never knew this was Jack’s first film. It’s brilliant and so funny. I think you’d enjoy it.
Judy’s lost her job and meets Jack by chance. She wants her name to be known. He tells her that anything’s possible, “where there’s a will there’s a way. And when there’s a way, there’s a will”. He inspires her.
She ends up renting a large billboard with her name on it. Events lead to her having more, and eventually she does become famous. Of course, as today, they want to exploit her. She realises it’s not for her, and has a happy ending. Judy’s brilliant, and so is Jack.
I’m so glad I’ve been able to write this. My brain and I are struggling severely with writing. Watching is fine. I’m a bit worried. I just hope brain can recover with it being a bit calmer now.
I finally responded to a dear friend (took a few days), who sent me some amazing photos and videos from her special birthday holiday. A few were light and video installations. I got so happy and excited. It’s still there. I still feel joy when I see all these magical delights. It is nourishment for my soul.
I know I can’t create anymore, but I can still enjoy taking in the brilliance and exciting work from other artists. I’m so thankful for this, I really am. I’m still alive and kicking. With that I have to send you Simple Minds’…
That reminds me, I keep forgetting to ask you, do you know the artist David Bowen? I think his work’s amazing. I hope you’ll love it too. Here’s David’s work on his website. I came across his brilliance last year.
