Returning Home in the Heatwave…
Hello my most beautiful and precious starshine {} xxx
It’s 15:55. I imagine, if you haven’t already, you’ll be running out of that door very soon, and going home with sunshine by your side!! Wonderful!!! I can’t tell you how happy I am for you. Happy holidays my sweet angel!! xx
I imagine you’re extremely happy and relieved as well. I really hope you not completely shattered, and I’m keeping everything crossed your hay fever isn’t severe. I know the wind won’t be helping today. I really do hope you’re okay my lovely {} xxx
The weather’s going to be absolutely perfect for you with the heatwave. I know you’re going to love and enjoy every single moment. I’m thrilled for you as well xx
You can completely switch off, forget the world, relax, recharge and thoroughly enjoy an early summer holiday. It’ll perfect for magical walks, meeting loved ones, spending time in your magical garden and BBQs, not forgetting all the music and culinary delights. Fantastic!! xx
To start your fabulous scorching holiday, here’s Martha and the Vandellas with, you guessed it, Heatwave. Has to be done! Donna Summer’s I Feel Love also comes to mind. I hope you enjoy dancing to them my wonderful one {} xxx
I’ve finally watched Jools!! Such joy!! I really have missed it. I know I don’t have much energy to listen to music, but I think I’ve been putting Jools off because of you. It naturally reminds me of you. Of course it does. I was giving you a running commentary whilst I was watching it today xx
It’s 16:16 xx Squeeze were brilliant weren’t they?! To sit on those songs for fifty years, wow!! It’s wonderful they finally gave birth to them. Have you heard their new album? I imagine you have. How is it? I bet it’s fantastic. I will get there.
I think Aja Monet’s Elsewhere is fantastic. She reminded me of Laurie Anderson.
I really love Tomora’s I Drink the Light as well. The Japanese meaning of their combined names (Tom and Aurora), “a friendly companion on earth” is so beautiful. Jools is absolutely right, the Japanese have such exquisite words for phrases, which we don’t have in our vocabulary.
I remember seeing the Japanese word Natsukashii earlier this year. It means “things that suddenly bring back joyous and fond memories”. It couldn’t be more apt for today, and it was much needed. You are present in many of my Natsukashii moments. Thank you so much for being my special and very precious Tomora {} xxx
It’s 17:00. I hope you’re now happily winding down with something special, and it’s not long until you can completely sit back and sink into the loving arms of medicine and totp {} xx
Take it nice and gently my precious sweetheart, and enjoy the start of your very exciting summer holiday. Thoroughly enjoy every beautiful magic moment for me too {} xxx
I love you and I’m sending you a sea of magical healing and protective love, cuddly bear hugs and cooling kisses. Rest, rest and rest my lovely, with lots of fun and play {} xxxx
It’s 17:17 xx I will try to catch up with the last series of Jools. I’ve missed the first episode, but the second is there for a few more days. It’s wonderful to return home again, and I really hope it won’t be long until I can say a warm hello to you too {} xxx
