Shaken but Okay…
23rd August 2026
Hello my most beautiful and precious starshine,
It’s such a gorgeous day. I do hope you’re thoroughly enjoying it, along with sun’s uplifting presence {} xxx
I hope Lady Anne Glenconner talking about her honeymoon, on The Graham Norton Show, makes you chuckle my beautiful sweetheart xx
It’s the first time in a very long time that I’ve had a proper rest. I even fell asleep for a little while. I feel completely shattered, but I’m okay. I haven’t fallen apart. My therapist was wrong with her assumptions. Again, it wasn’t intentional. She was unaware.
With how my body’s now relaxing, it really wasn’t right for me. I feel a little shaken by it, but I am okay. I put a stop to it and kept myself safe. This is very positive. It stills shocks me how easy it is for me to dismiss the signs, and my feelings.
It’s so wonderful watching Quantum Leap again. I still love it as much as I did before. It was incredibly moving when Sam called his father, and he finally got to say, “I love you” to him. It made me smile when Sam got the young Buddy Holly to change the lyrics Piggy Suey to Peggy Sue. It’s a good thing he did, isn’t it?!!
I would love to speak with my mum again. I also hope there’ll be a second chance…
It’s 18:18 xx I imagine your kitchen must be smelling amazing, and you have some fabulous music accompanying you. Again, I hope you don’t finish too late.
Take it gently and enjoy a magical evening with your superb meal, and lots of rest and relaxation {} xxx
I’m sending you humungous ladles filled with magical healing love, comforting bear hugs and soothing kisses {} xxxx
I finally know that the snippet B.B King played to our soul, is from Lucille. I hope it speaks to your precious soul once again, and you enjoy their story. Lucille is a very special guitar, don’t you think? She does make us weep. Do you name your guitars? I’d love to know xx
This reminds me of Franz Kafka’s letter to Felice:
“Please write and tell me about yourself, your walks, about books; you have no idea how important it is to my life.” Franz Kafka, 2nd June 1913.
His words describe how I feel about you {} xxx
