Sun’s Come Out Just for You…
8th June 2026
Good morning my most beautiful and precious start shine
It’s 11:11. Thes sun’s shining gloriously just for you. They wanted to make your quiet moment with coffee extra special {} xx How are you my lovely? I really do hope you’re okay, and you had a very restful night’s sleep {} xxx I hope you didn’t finish too late last night, and you’re having a really good start today. You’ll get through the pile in no time.
It’s 13:32. I’ve just finished watching Tip Toe. The final three episodes are on Channel 4 catch up. It’s brilliant, shocking and incredibly powerful. I’m not going to say anything to spoil it, but it’s terrifying that we’re there with the narratives and the attacks. Here’s The Kids Ain’t Alright by P X from one of the episodes. I hope you enjoy it later xx
You must be having your much needed lunch break now. I really hope you can say hello to sunshine for a little bit. It is beautiful now. The clouds have almost cleared. Thoroughly enjoy your delicious lunch for me too my lovely {} xx
I think I’ll have a boiled egg with something. I got an egg maker. It’s great. Just need to add some water, put a tiny hole in the eggshell, and press the switch to get it steaming. I make in my room.
I’m struggling with my energy and mentally. My brain’s not working properly. It’s at its limit. I really do need to write messages and finish sorting out a wedding present, but I don’t have the energy for it today. I’m struggling writing to you. I’m not feeling too good.
Liron’s heading to Frankfurt next week for her brother’s church wedding. I really wish I could go. He’s so lovely. They both are.
We’re getting closer to making a usable face cleanser. Fingers crossed. I’m so lucky to have Liron doing this for me. I couldn’t have done it. It would’ve taken much longer than a year. I’m using the remaining Neal’s Yard cleanser sparingly. We have another four months until it’s gone.
Liron’s brilliant with the research. She’s fine tuned the preservative so that it keeps the pH balance stable, whilst it’s battling the microbial growth. I never knew that the pH changes with microbial growth.
She’s using citric acid to get the right pH level of 5, which is ideal for sensitive skin. Xanthan gum helps stabilise it, along with the emulsifiers. The cleanser’s about 89% water, which is normal. The emulsifiers really do help thicken it (we’re at 3%).
Even though the test cleansers aren’t right yet, my skin isn’t reacting badly to them. No eczema flares, just slight irritations and soreness. They’re so much better than all the cleansers I tried at the beginning of the year.
I never thought I’d need to make my own cleanser. It is a complex process which can go badly wrong. Liron’s magic. I couldn’t do it without her. Thankful my face oil does a lot of the work as well. I’m so thankful. My knowledge of the oils is helping with the cleanser as well. Fingers crossed it’ll be okay.
It’s 17:17. I’m keeping everything crossed you’ve made your great escape, and you’re enjoying heading off into the sunset with sun. They really have come out just for you today!! I hope the traffic’s not too bad. Get home safely and happily. It really is beautiful!!
When you get home, make yourself something comforting to drink, and sit back, relax and completely switch off from everything. Take it gently and enjoy the most gorgeous, sunny and restful evening, with something wonderful. Nourish your precious heart {} xxx
I’m sending you much love, with the biggest and tightest of magical healing and protective bear hugs, wrapped in sunshine kisses. I’m keeping everything crossed your hay fever isn’t too bad. Rest well my lovely, and give yourself lots of love and care for me {} xxxx
I really do need to shower now. I feel as if I’ve lost the day, not that I can do very much. I do feel lost. Fingers crossed tomorrow will be better, and I can get at least one thing done, if not two. I hope so.
At least I’m keeping the plants happy. I keep forgetting to send you photos of my indoor garden. I don’t normally feel proud of myself, but I do with these. I’m taking good care of them. I couldn’t even look after one plant years ago. I think I might’ve lost fuchsia with overwatering.
It’s 18.40. I’ve just had my shower. I know why I’ve been feeling worse over the last couple of days. I’ve been bitten badly on my side. My heart rate variable was high yesterday, and it normally indicates an infection. It was right. Antihistamines along with the German antibacterial gel, Tyrosur, will put it right. I should hopefully feel better tomorrow. Antihistamines are magic aren’t they?!
I miss you. I wish I could hug you {} xxx
