Hello my most beautiful and precious starshine,
It’s 17:17. I imagine you must be happily home. I hope you’re sitting back, and in the arms of comforting tea. How are you my lovely? I really hope you’re okay, and not too exhausted. You can have a wonderful rest now with sunshine. The forecast is beautiful for the weekend, just for you {} xxx
I have a few things to hopefully make you smile xx First is Count Binface’s video of Farage being introduced on Question Time.
Next is Francis Bourgeois getting very excited about seeing the 73962. It was named after Richard Mabutt, who was a much loved engineer at Brush Traction.
Have you heard of Black Ivory Coffee? I discovered it today and was surprised by how it’s made. Ripe Arabica coffee cherries are fed to elephants in rescue sanctuaries, in Thailand. The elephant’s poo is then collected, and the beans, which are partially digested, are separated, cleaned, roasted.
Elephants have a special superpower. The enzymes in their digestive system makes the coffee bean less bitter. I wonder how they made that discovery. Would you be tempted to try it? It has hints of chocolate and cherries. Sounds like red wine!! But it’s the thought of it being in the elephant’s poo!!
It’s extremely expensive at $1,000 – $2,700 per kg, but the profits go to the sanctuary to support the amazing coffee bean sweeteners.
It’s 18:11. My test tubes have just arrived. They’re to help propagate pink paradise. Fingers crossed.
I’ve had a proper rest day. I do need more though. I’m still processing what happened with the dentist. Should I stay completely silent about the gaslighting? It’s the thought of her doing it to others that’s playing on my conscience.
The thought of me being a bad person for making the complaint is there as well. This is because I’ve always been made to feel like the bad person. It’s much easier standing up for other people.
I did look at the complaints procedure yesterday morning. The dentists are independent, so it’s the dentist who deals with the complaint. She’s resolving the issue with my night guard, which I appreciate, but the issue is with the gaslighting and her not taking any accountability. She did it during both appointments.
It felt like we were both looking at completely different night guards on Tuesday. It felt quite bizarre.
I do feel conflicted. I asked Liron, she said if it was her, she would complain. She didn’t hesitate. She’d do it for herself. I’m going to sit on it and speak with my therapist next week. I would love to ask you for your thoughts. You also gave me sound advice. Thank you so, so much my beautiful angel {} xx

I almost forgot. I also thought of you when I saw the photograph of the red kite flying with a sausage roll. Amazing shots. They did make me smile. Have you seen a red kite recently? I hope so. I imagine you’re having lots of special visitors in your magical garden as well {} xx
It’s 19:37. I just had a peek at totp. It’s Madonna and Austin Powers with Beautiful Stranger. It has made me and my heart beam, and I thought of you. Such fun. I miss you. We did have a lot of fun {} xxx
