Good morning my most beautiful and precious starshine,
How are you my lovely? I hope you slept like a baby and you’re enjoying a very slow and lazy morning. The forecasts are very mixed. Let’s hope the rain is kept at bay, because sun would love you to go out and play with them {} xxx
I just heard Richard Ashcroft’s new song Lovin’ You. I’d really love to know what you think {} xx Writing the words Lovin’ You brought to mind Otis Redding’s incredible live version of I’ve Been Loving You for Too Long. It’s so raw. It hit’s me every time.
Naturally Richard also brought Mason Williams’ fantastic Classical Gas to mind. I hope you enjoy them my adorable sweetheart {} xx
I really am pushing my body to its limit. I can’t stop myself. It’s the trigger. The need to escape is overriding what my body needs. I was with telescope last night for about 45 minutes. Body went into exercise mode as soon as I started, but I kept going. Thankfully my system is now calming down quicker when I lie down since the iron infusions. Good sleep is rescuing me as well.
I’m amazed by how gigantic Arcturus and Capella are compared to the Sun. It helps put their distance into perspective. No matter how many light-years away they are, they are always seen…
I am struggling today, especially my brain. It’s tingling and at its limit. I do need to write a message. I’m really struggling to get on top them because of the triggers and crashes. I need some peace, proper rest and more energy.
I will switch off afterwards with a movie. I think it’ll be The Thursday Murder Club today.

I almost forgot, I got a glimpse of Saturn last night!! It’s been a long time. I really hope you saw it shine as well my lovely {} xx Telescope was in the back room so I used my binoculars. I was amazed I could just about see its magnificent rings for the first time. I got so excited. I hope it wasn’t my eyesight playing tricks on me.
I’m looking forward to finding and seeing Saturn through the telescope. Thank you so, so much for opening up my world up to another. I’m hugging you extremely tightly {} xxx My hugs miss you too. It’s 11.22.
