It’s 09:09 and the sun’s shining gloriously just for you. They couldn’t have timed it more perfectly. It’s the perfect day to go for a magical walk this morning. If you do, thoroughly enjoy it for me too my lovely {} xx Please take some photos for me.
How are you? I hope you’re feeling great, and you had a very restful night’s sleep. The match between Wales and Scotland was quite something wasn’t it? You must’ve been at the edge of your seat. With all the excitement, I imagine your fabulous music party was roaring {} xx

I am struggling with the PEM symptoms today. I can feel the lactic acid in my legs. I just need to sort out and order the rest of the ingredients for the homemade cleanser. Wash my hair and rest.
I’ll be glad when my appointment’s over tomorrow. The cortisol test will take about an hour. They’ll take a blood test to check my cortisol levels, and will then give me an injection to stimulate the production of cortisol in my body. They’ll take another blood sample half an hour later.
Take the greatest and gentlest of yourself my precious sweetheart, and enjoy the most gorgeous day with sunshine, and then the exciting game with medicine. Fingers crossed for Italy. I hope it’s not a big cook, so that you can fully relax and rest {} xxx
