I heard a lot of scraping first thing, and I thought of you. You poor thing. You must’ve been frozen. I hope it didn’t take too long to unfreeze and it’s warm at work. I really hope you’re keeping well my lovely, and everything is okay {} xxx
I can see the icy roof tops from here. No birds tweeting. I spoke too soon, just heard one squawk. That reminds me, I saw this clip of the white bellbird. I never knew they’re the loudest birds and that they sound like a siren. How fantastic!! That would be quite a wake-up call.

I finally had a shower today. It’s been a few days. I’m noticing that I’m feeling nauseous if I’m upright for a bit too long. Liron’s going to set up my wearable blood pressure monitor over the weekend, this way I’ll know if it’s causing it.
I was wrong about the iron infusion, it’s the removal of the fibroid that caused the circulation in my right leg to get back to normal. It’s amazing how the slightest thing can cause such an imbalance. All these things will help take pressure off my body.
I am struggling with words and writing today. I’m duplicating and jumbling words. Brain needs to completely rest. It’s been working extremely hard with the past. I think it’s going to be okay.
