It’s 12:55 and the sun’s doing it’s best to join you for lunch. It’s trying to shove those dark clouds away. I imagine you have something super delicious. Thoroughly enjoy it for me too xx
How are you my lovely? I really do hope you’re okay and you thoroughly enjoyed the cricket and all the fabulous music over the weekend. I imagine you loved every minute. I hope you’re having a really good start to the week. I imagine you are extremely busy, but you’re almost free {} xxx Time goes so quickly doesn’t it?! It’s almost a year…
You must be over the moon with Six Nations starting tomorrow. I am for you too {} xx I felt very excited when I saw it’ll be your team starting the championship. Brilliant!! I’m keeping everything crossed it’s not a late night for you. If it is, then you get home in good time, so that you have time to completely relax, and enjoy the game with soothing medicine.
I didn’t make it to the hairdresser. I would’ve been there right now with Liron. I have an appointment for next Wednesday instead. I really hope I’ll be okay for then. My system has calmed down and I am getting restful sleep, which really helps, but my brain is busy working on the therapy. I can’t seem to escape it.
It’s consuming me and my energy, and I can’t function properly. I was extremely bad yesterday and I had a severe panic attack. Liron reassured me that this is normal with the things I’m working on. She’s right, it’s like everything is being ripped apart and opened, including how I saw myself. Most things have been built on a false belief system.
Naturally the Epstein case is affecting me, but it’s helping me connect and see everything as a whole. Sexual abuse and how it’s dealt with is systemic, no matter the scale of it.
I saw this clip of Shirley Temple, talking about her and her mum’s experience when they visited MGM executives. We all know about it now, but it’s absolutely horrendous how the abuse was normalised, and how it became ingrained in the industry. It’s horrendous how women and children are seen and treated. All that misogyny, abuse and damage, with no accountability whatsoever.
It’s 14:37 and sun’s shining gloriously now. They’re looking forward to joining you with coffee very soon. Thoroughly enjoy every warm hug and kiss for me too my lovely. There’s lots from me as well {} xxx
There’s a cosy bookshop in Wigtown, Scotland, called The Open Book. You’re given the keys to run it and stay there for a week, free of charge. The money received from the stay goes towards the town’s annual book festival. I think it’s such a beautiful idea. What do you think?
There’s another brilliant and heart warming story of Rebecca Young, a twelve year old from Glasgow, who developed a solar powered backpack that generated heat. In the evening it powered an electric blanket to help keep the homeless warm. She created a warm hug for them.
It’s such a shame we don’t hear of more stories like these. We desperately need them. There’s still a lot of good in the world.
As I said earlier, I was in a bad state yesterday, but just before I was going to sleep, Everything is Beautiful by Ray Stevens popped up. I haven’t heard it for decades. It did lift my spirits and warmed my heart. I hope it warms your heart as well my beautiful sweetheart {} xxx
Take the greatest and gentlest care of yourself my wonderful one {} xx That was another song that popped up on Sunday night. Marvin made my heart beam, and I thought of you. I wanted to write, but couldn’t. Brain is really struggling.
The timing was perfect. Snow moon was hiding from us, but I could still say hello to you. I did say hello to you and Snow moon on Saturday though. I hoped you saw it glowing as well. It was quite high up and a little bit out of view.
I hope the afternoon flies by. I’m going to wash my hair shortly. She’ll be very happy. I have therapy tomorrow so it’ll be difficult to write to you. I don’t have the energy to do what I did. I hope it’s temporary.
Thoroughly enjoy every thrilling minute of the rugby for me too. As always, I’ll be keeping everything crossed you’ll be celebrating their win xx It’s fantastic all the fun and excitement will continue on Saturday.
