I keep forgetting to ask, what do you think of How Are You? I imagine you’re thoroughly enjoying it as well. Alan’s brilliant, and I think he’s getting the balance with mental health just right. They have all the episodes on iPlayer, but I’m watching them weekly so that I can watch them with you {} xx I did re-watch Alpha Papa. It’s hilarious isn’t it?!!

I haven’t been able to switch off and rest properly. It’ll be an early night with an early rise with sleeping tablets. Almost over.
